Typically established patients are billed 99213 or 99214 service codes for their visits, depending on complexity and duration of service. Those are billed at $161.99 and $239.06, respectfully though a 30% discount is offered to those paying in full (check, credit or debit cared) at the time of service. (if done the prices would be $113.39 and $167.34).
New patients (and once established patients returning after a three year or more absence) are charged at a higher rate to account for the work of account set up, ect. HFM follows the Medicare / AMA "relative value scale" in determining its fee schedule.
